Customer Problem
Optimizing the portability of ads billing credentials will help Meta address three key pain points:
-
Fragmentation
-
Trust and Security
-
Sense of Place

Business Problem
Offering customers more credit card choices at checkout reduces friction and payment failures, driving higher conversion rates, increased order completion, and greater customer lifetime value. Yet, only 7% of users save their credit card credentials at the end of the flow.

Goals
Drive a 5% improvement in credential coverage during H1 through targeted initiatives that expand payment data capture, enhance reuse at checkout, and accelerate overall revenue growth.
