Offering customers more credit card choices at checkout reduces friction and payment failures, driving higher conversion rates, increased order completion, and greater customer lifetime value.

Drive a 5% improvement in credential coverage during H1 through targeted initiatives that expand payment data capture, enhance reuse at checkout, and accelerate overall revenue growth.

Things I did:

Drove cross-functional alignment to launch cross-platform credential sharing, giving users access to their preferred payment methods and simplifying ad-driven purchases on Facebook.

Delivered a 6.3% lift in credential sharing (goal: 5%), growing coverage 31% → 37.3%.

More ad-driven purchases increase ROI, creating headroom for higher ad pricing.
